Improve audit efficiency for food safety

Safe Food Queensland wanted to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their food safety auditors. Mirror Analytics created a predictive model for food safety risk and a full-stack application for SFQ to pilot the technology with a sample of egg producers. The technology helped SFQ to allocate resources more efficiently by sending auditors only to egg producers who had high predicted risk.
