Simonds Homes wanted to lower their extra-to-site costs and construction delays. Mirror Analytics created a full-stack application that analysed supplier reports in natural language and calculated the total cost and delay impact of changing labour rates, damage, theft, and other incidents. The client used this information to streamline how construction resources were allocated among suppliers for maximum efficiency.
