Vekoma wanted to evaluate the market demand for dark rides. Mirror Analytics created a data enrichment pipeline that scraped data on customer experiences of dark rides from online ride databases, theme park websites, ratings and reviews, and safety information. A statistial model revealed the preferred features of dark rides for the target customer, enabling Vekoma to design new rides with optimal user experience.
